About Me

I am a fourth year Computer Science major with a minor in Applied Mathematics at the University of Virginia, and upon graduation I will start my PhD at University of Washington. My research interests are Human-Computer Interaction and Computer Science Education. I graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in 2008.

In my spare time, I develop and play video games and participate in programming competitions. I have a strange affinity for turtles; I've been collecting figurines since I was five years old and I have over 150 different kinds. I am left handed, as are three of the other four members of my immediate family.
